I too have to travel and know how frustrating it can be to get cancelled. Just as an SP has this right to cancel you also have the right never to book that SP again...there are lots SP's in the sea. I only ever get stood up once, and then check that SP off the list. If I don't get a reply from a text or email or PM, same thing...I move on. Lots of SPs will want my money, not to mention my charming personality

While I feel for the OP about the cancellation, wouldn't you rather have an experience that you both seem to enjoy than a grudgingly given last appointment for the day? Do you think it would have been as good as catching her on a good day?

I believe the issue is more with the timing than the cancellation. They agree upon a time, he says he is driving in from out of town to see her, and is on his way. When he gets there she cancels. If she had thought there was a chance she would be knocking off for the day she should not have made the appointment only to ditch him 45 mins later. Sounds like there was no real apology or offer of amends. I don't care how hot she is (or thinks she is), she is off my tdl. Our time is just as valuable as hers.

You have showed class and are likely one of the good guys SPs should like to service.
They do have a right to do what they want to do at any time.
And with your manner in which you addressed the Issue , Puts you above the SP who showed little class.
She OWES you, Not that you will ever see it.

I have been offered a freebe from an SP who I commented about (not her service or anything personal ) just one of those things.
And Just to be OFFERED makes her a Good SP worth seeing again.
I think She feels better making things right , And I felt Better that She had offered and CARED about her clients!
She is VERY WELL reviewed and her ACTIONS Tell the Story.
The SPs buddy (Noelle?) should speak to her SP friend and direct her (the Offending SP) make it up to you.
THAT would be Classy.

I'm sure most of us here have experienced a similar situation. Emergencies do arise once in a while, I'm sure she had her reasons for cancelling, only she knows if they were valid or not. But based on the OP's review, even though she told him she was cancelling and leaving town, she didn't offer a reasonable explanation or she didn't act professional. In my opinion, she should have said, hey I'm sorry something came up I have to leave town immediately, I feel bad, can I make it up to you next time? do you want to re-schedule?

She is not here to tell her side of the story, she could have a totally legitimate reason for what happened, but the bottom line is, she should have handled the situation differently, a few nice words would go a long way. I believe that it's not what you say, but how you say it makes a huge difference. She could have messaged him later that day or few days later saying I'm sorry about what happened, let me make it up to you.......

I don't think there is anything wrong with the OP's review, he was frustrated and he shared his experience with us. I'm sure sp's get royally pissed off if a client doesn't show up or cancels, I've actually seen ads on BP where sp's would pay to post an ad to warn other girls about some guy who didn't show up to the appointment and that the guy is a time waster and they would actually post the guy's phone number so other girls will not take his calls.

I'm sure Sam is a gem, and everyone seems to confirm that, I've been wanting to see her myself for some time now, maybe she just needs to improve on her communications, after all they are called service providers right? Most of us here work hard and have very little time to spare and the majority don't make the kind of money that the SP's are making, so I don't think there is anything wrong with expecting decent service.

Thanks for the review Rogie1. I wish Sam was pink so we could hear her side of the story instead of by proxy. But she isn't; so, this thread has probably run its course.

I think if Sam had given Rogie a legit reason for the cancellation of the appointment this thread may have never been started.

I am not taking sides on the issue, but merely recapping what I've done in a similar situation.

I had to cancel on a repeat client once, 10 mins before his scheduled time. It was a personal issue and tensions were high on my end. I felt bad sending the text when just an hour ago everything was good to go. To make amends, I offered him his fav upgrade for free the next time he chose to see me. Granted, he lives a couple blocks away so no TIME was wasted, but I knew I was not going to perform in the right frame of mind (I was emotionally gone) that night so bailed with an apology. He did come see me later, and things were honoured.

I don't think clients CARE what the reason is - goldfish died, broke a nail, got locked out - as long as there is a reason and an apology. It could result in fewer of *these* types of threads created and the lady would appear to have better service skills.

This flies in the face of some of your other observsations (read posts) insofar as we should not knock poor SPs who are just trying to eek out a living and working out of crappy venues.

Yet in this case you are prepared to "screw" her out of two time slots in a get even mode. As discussed she may have had a legitimate reason to cancel the appointment. Yet a penalty will be inflected on her.

Sorry for derailing the lynch mob but has anyone looked closely at her pics? If you click the 1st pic in her ad ( lips ) she has the most incredible lips....Rogie - if she looks as good from the nose up as the rest of her, I think I'd cut her some slack & give her a 2nd chance....just sayin.

I have altered my usual response of siding with and cutting SPs some slack Because the OP acted with Class and did not go all ape about his bad choice in a
SP, and her dropping the ball.

Guess what No SHOWS an cancellations ARE PART of the daily happenings, always will be .

A few well chosen words by the SP would have made her seem like an ANGEL.
I'm not telling Noelle to say or do ANYTHING, just a suggestion.

She MAY LOOK good ( All Relative as to who likes what) BUT ACTIONS would be better at telling a story about how much she cares what CLIENTS think.
Likely doesn't mean squat to her as long as she keeps getting the required income from ANYBODY who chooses to contact her.

Just a GOOD DECENT POTENTIAL REPEAT client who she has tossed aside.

We all make choices do what suits you.

I wouldn't waste time "Getting Back" at anybody, that involves more time wasted.
SPs get paid for their time, an explanation would take a few minutes of the time.

It is about fun for the clients and MONEY for the SPs.

There is a line up for stealing.

When an SP sticks up for another SP who doesn't want to take the time to make things right, it doesn't seem to noble of a cause.
I would rather choose a SP with a good attitude than one with a poor attitude , EVERY TIME.

Other than this she has great reviews and I suspect is quite attractive.

I have to admit, that I have been on the other side several times when guys got ditched... Not with Sam, but with 2 different girls. The first time she was having too much fun and enjoying my suite and she called the agency and said to cancel the rest of her calls as she was done for the night. Another girl told me to come right over and said she would cancel her next appointment... I replied and told her don't do that but she said it was too late as she just did it. I told her don't do that kind of stuff or you will get a bad rep. I read the post by the guy the next day that got blown off and felt a little bad but I figured it happens to all of us sometimes though, and it was just my turn to not get the short end of the stick.

Been hanging around a while but haven't really weighed in or reviewed as I don't see that many ladies outside the top reviewed gals. But this thread is getting too long about one specific issue. Was it bad to cancel last minute YES.... But Its been beaten to death. Lets all move on. Sam did what she felt she had to under the circumstances. Was it the best, No, but stuff happens and it's unfortunate an hour of your time was wasted. We've all felt that way once I'm sure so let's chalk it up to the unfortunate perils of the hobby. Sam will hopefully, repair the damage to you next visit by explanation or service and finally we'll all wake up tomorrow ready to continue enjoying all the available ladies before the government hacks move us back to prohibition days.
