Asks for a partial deposit, then sends you to text her agency.

agency asks for full payment and then informs you after payment goes through that a $550 "refundable" deposit is needed to go on with the booking.

I said no and asked for a refund. Didn't get any of it back of course.

Big surprise super fake looking ad, guys ffs stop sending money if someone tells you that you must send a certain amount and its not for an outcall then its always gonna be bullshit and to the sp's saying its to protect them from no shows well how do clients protect themselves, guys don't do it you're turning this into a scam industry.

Area code 503 is for Washington state, USA. Read the entire ad carefully, could have saved your money.
Run the area code and use "Tineye" or "Yandex" to check pics.
