Has anyone ever had trouble contacting CE?

I am a new client and I have been trying to message for two weeks now (when their schedule is posted, and a follow-up the next day) and have not gotten any reply from them from both text and Whatsapp.

I am a new client and I have been trying to message for two weeks now (when their schedule is posted, and a follow-up the next day) and have not gotten any reply from them from both text and Whatsapp.

it can be difficult. try texting after 10 a.m., when they open, not before. also try an email and explain that you are new and that you havent had an answer to your texts.
if you are using a text app, that might be the issue.
