Just an opinion, no experience with her, but there are hardly any providers only charging $200/hr so one that looks like that, at that rate, with mandatory prepayment screams scam to me.

Def an e-transfer scam. Wil; get you to go to location, and say pay half upfront via etransfer. Bam you never hear from them again and left with dick in your hand in parking lot. Almost happened this week to me, luckily drive wasn't that far and I wasn't stupid.
