A little cannabis is no big deal in Canada. It's really not much different from an SP having a glass of wine and offering you one. You are certainly not obligated to partake.

Drugs other than cannabis and alcohol are a different story.

As for the legality, technically incalls are not exactly legal either.

It is now legal as long as A) you do not set it up in a public place i.e talk about rates out in the street, so if you pick up a street walker yes you are risking getting busted but if you meet an sp in a hotel room hers or yours what you talk about or do behind those doors is legal (within reason of course you can't do a drug deal or plan to rob a bank for example) but if all that happens is sex in exchange for money then you are okay

Not sure where you got your info from . Only one law was passed this year. The Bawdy house law( any place frequented for the purposes of sex with exchange of money) , is still in appeal with the courts.
So.... Don't think nothing can happen legally if you are found in a " bawdy house".
