Missing teeth, evident drug user, and sketchy all together, I would avoid.

I saw once last year. Her body shows evidence of a drug taking past, the missing teeth for example, but I saw no signs of drug taking paraphernalia and she didn’t seem high when I saw her.

Place she works from is safe with never a problem.
Her apartment is always clean and tidy.

Ya again - you need to go back in a month and get tested again if you are concerned you caught HIV - even the urinary STDs take a week or so to show up in tests - your dilligence is commendable but you need to check again if you are concerned because you don't want to go around thinking your clean because of a clear test 2 days after intercourse
