I can only speak for myself, but I have more good experiences than bad at Naina’s. That has come with time and experience though. You're right, they are both very nice. Saw Dia once and no complaints at all. But Lala I've seen a few times now and Jesus, somehow she keeps getting better every visit. I could use that info too. I almost always see Asians, but since the lockdowns the quality went waaaaaaaaaaay down. In kitchener they're all 40-somethings that have already paid their dues and fallen into habits that lead them to refuse to take direction or put any effort in.
