looking to rent a dungeon/private play space for a 2 or 3 hours Wat Region or Guelph

I have a sub I play with in the Guelph area but I am from out of town and she cannot host. I am sick of hotels and would love to find another space to rent/try. I would prefer a dungeon-like space with some equipment but ok with something private like a barn, small shed or basement. Space could be in KW, Guelph or Cambridge. Please PM.
