When I read your post, I thought of Anabelle of Montreal who tours here at times. As luck would have it, she posted an ad here overnight.

Ms Madi just happens to be the fine lady in my signature. While she has most of the qualities you mentioned in your opening post, at 5'7" she wouldn't be considered petite. And I seriously doubt that taking pictures is an option.
