I will preface this and say it is 100% my fault. I have told others to venture outside of Niagara while I've been lazy in my own pursuit. Locanto, anywhere is usually a step or 2 below LL and EA. But that's not saying much especially for Niagara since LL is at best a crap shoot. Sorry to hear about your not so good adventures. As I said on another board you're better off, in the Niagara region, to go with the agencies.
