I don't why but it seems lately there are so many fake ads on Leolist.
We have to do our diligent to figure out all these fake ads. Too bad nothing can be done to stop all the scammers from posting fake ads.

On LL even verified ads can be fake.
Unless someone is willing to TOFTT, then just use SP's who have positive reviews here or another site.
Otherwise you risk the SP not doing what she says she is going to do in her ad and has 101 excuses. Her BF, pimp, handler, driver might scare you off. Then there's the old well this is extra and that is extra. And she looks nothing like her pics in her ads. Asians are famous for this but you expect that. You see a 20 something and mamason shows up in the room. Then there are ads that say she is 25 and you know she's been in the business for 15+ years.
I'm not sure how many SP's are still around from the TTT Lists from a few years ago in KWC and London. That was always a great place to find what you were looking for.

I would say 50% of verified ads on LL are fake pics. So I would stay safe and go with the ones who have been reviewed or do everyone a favour and TOFTT.
When LL says verified, it just means that they are real pics of someone. Not necessarily the one that opens the door. When an SP is verified there is no real proof the she is who she claims to be. If you look at most verified ads they have a sign with Leo List and a date. They can be put into any pic so that's not really verified.
