TBH, there were several red flags for me. 613 area code always iffy, poor editing in the ad text (setish friendly, suck no cover).
But the main red flag ... Pics have no date or name, yet include a face and body of a 10/10 woman. Never ever is that an actual combination that would suggest she was real. Sorry for your luck and glad you got out.

IMO, if you want a lady that hot you'll need to go to GTA and be willing to pay $400+/hr. That is just the reality these days.

This exact thing happened to me in Ottawa thought I was seeing a young hot girl but turned out to be an Asian that barely spoke English I also left.

You know you can google images, right? A quick google search brought up links to a of girl called evaelfie. It is also very obvious the ad is fake just by looking at the pictures
