Alternate Board Suggestion?

I've only ever used this board to post/search reviews. Any suggestions for a decent and active one that doesn't allow mentally challenged/unstable people to be moderators?

I joined terb.cc
It has a Tri-city area, but seldomly gets used. GTA is far better than sp411. It'll just take a few more people and then maybe it'll get going.
only problem, a lot of the guys in GTA are unbalanced dickheads only needing to know every fuckign detail about the SP services.
A common example you hear every fucking time .... " Does she shallow" "Does she do Greek" No wonder SPs complain that young guys in the 20s, 30s and some in their 40s couldn't please a woman if they tried.
But terb doesn't have moronic admins or have unregitards, just a lot of very annoying guys.

When I joined way back when this board used to be fun place to exchange news and views. Unregs, unhinged mods + a few moronic blues and the lack of any policing ruined this board years ago.
